Our Expertise
Mick Hall AAE MIMI MSOE MITRE is a time served technician with 35 years industry experience as an Automotive Technician. Mick served as a Vehicle Mechanic for 21 years in the British Army working on a vast range of vehicles and has stayed in the industry since.
Mick moved over to a training role and has been providing training to a wide range of companies since 2022, and has a wealth of experience in the industry. Mick's experience is invaluable in his role as a Judge being part of the World Skills UK team since 2025.

Our charity of Choice for 2026 is Tommy's Voice, a Yorkshire based charity providing assistance and support for the veteran and military community as well as their families.
The charity name was chosen from the Rudyard Kiplin poem Tommy:
For it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ “Chuck him out, the brute!”
But it’s “Saviour of ‘is country” when the guns begin to shoot;
An’ it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ anything you please;
